I placed an order on RedTape online store (Order ID:#RTL******).
The order was cancelled on **/**/**** and the company updated the status as refunded.
However, I have not received the refund amount in my original payment method even after several days.
I contacted customer support but did not receive a proper resolution.
This delay has caused financial inconvenience and mental stress.
I request Voxya to help me get my refund amount of ₹**** from RedTape at the earliest.
