www.surfgaadi.com - Refund not received for cancelled order

Hi All,
Any order was placed with www.surfgaadi.com on **-Jan-**** for a Honda Dios replacement battery (order# ORDB*******S ) which was later cancelled as the local dealer suggestion no replacement. Even after frequent follow up the fund is now remitted back. Now they are not respond to my calls as well. Can any action be taken against so that ill get my money back.
