Md Raihan - Refund Not Received for Cancelled IRCTC Train Ticket

I had booked a train ticket through IRCTC using my ICICI debit card. Due to a personal issue, I had to cancel the ticket. Although IRCTC has confirmed that the refund has been processed and credited to my bank account, I have not yet received the amount in my ICICI account.
It has been over ** working days since the cancellation. For your reference, IRCTC has provided the following transaction ID: [Insert Transaction ID]: "***********************"
Date of refund by IRCTC: **th June.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and assist with the refund process.
