I paid Rs **,*** as part payment for customised package
to ITALY ( Travel between *nd April to **th April **** )
My customer no : INIB*************
Because of Corona pandemic , I informed MakeMyTrip on * th March to cancel the booking.
I expect to get ** percent refund as cancellation was not my fault and I informed much in advance.
Now MMT customer service is not reachable
