I just wanted to let all of you caution against using Airtickets at Travolook as an intermediary to book your air tickets. The case goes like this: I booked * air tickets from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on **th July to travel on **th July through their site at Travolook.-++++
Immediately after booking I got a call saying the booking didn't get through due to some operational reasons. I was promised money refund in *-* working days. Their standard email reply was as follows:
"Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within **-** working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Gazetted holiday)."
This is when the fun started. Everytime I call them and ask about a refund they promise to refund in * to * days and it never got realized. Its about more than ** days now and I started realizing that these guys are up to something. Now, they have stopped taking my calls. I started googling on them and found that there are literally hundreds of people like me stuck with this travel agent.
This case is true ***% and I can show you all proofs.
