I have booked a flight from Mumbai to kochi ( G*-***)for **/**/**** but it was cancelled by the airlines on **/**/**** due to some operational reasons . They promised me to give the full refund it’s been more than * months I still didn’t go the refund . I called the airlines customer care they are still not sure about when they can do the refund . I kindly request you to confirm when you can do the refund
