Lifecube india - Refund not received even after return

I bought i** EarPods from the sponsored website called i** EarPods on Facebook. I received i* EarPods on ** February ****, that was damaged from start & could never charge it. Emailed the company immediately as there’s no phone number mentioned anywhere. After numerous emails, they responded on ** Feb to return the damaged product. I couriered them back by Dtdc K******** on the same day. Again silence from the company regarding my refund. I emailed them again so many times. They responded on * March and ask to send my bank details as they would return my money. Now I’m clueless as neither they refunded my amount nor answered. Please help.
