Buildkar.com - Refund not received even after 6 weeks

I have placed an order on **/**/**** of few building items. When i asked the website to deliver my item, they denied the delivery by saying that the item is out of stock. When i asked for refund on **/**/****, they told me that we will refund the money in *-** days. Even after ** days when i did not received my refund, i asked them again, from that day its been * weeks but they have not gave my refund yet.
