Karishma shah filed complaint against Decathlon on Oct 20, 2022
I brought shoes from decathlon store & opted for online payment but it wasn’t received by them though I got mail of paid successfully & invoice receipt!! Then I paid in cash & it’s been more than ** days still I have not got the refund! Even they are not giving in writing that they haven’t received as my paytm balance is deducted & paytm banks said it’s been deducted from our end!! What kind of harassment is this!!!!
