Cakesportal com - Refund not received even after 16 days

I order a cake for standard delivery from Cakesportal.com which was to be delivered on **th june. But my order got cancelled at the very last moment and the company said my refunded is initiated in the next seven days passed. The account i created in their website shows my cancelled order details but no info/update about refund. T have mailed them multiple times but they do not bother to even reply. My order was cancelled and they have no phone number given to contact them and i need my money back.
