Savana - Refund Not Received Despite Merchant Claim

I had placed an order with Savana on **th August **** (Order ID: S*********************) and later cancelled it. The merchant confirmed that my refunds of ₹*** and ₹*** were processed on **nd August ****, and provided me with Refund Reference Number (RRN): ********.

However, till date, the refund has not been credited to my bank account. The merchant is asking me to follow up with my bank, but the amount has still not been received.
