Travolook in - Refund not received by fraudulent company

U had booked my tickets for Kolkata to Ahmedabad flight on **th January **** through travolook.in and I have been cheated on by the company as they siphoned off my money of ₹**** via Mobikwik upi id and then canceled my flight ticket stating that cancelation is due to operational issues and that refund will be initiated to my account in *-** working days but its been more than * weeks till date and I still haven't heard from them neither have I received any refund. Also they don't even respond to my email and calls. Please help me get my refund back and make sure to make more and more people to beware of such fraudsters.
