swiggy india - Refund not received against cancelled order

I had placed an order on **th July which was cancelled as there was no delivery executive to deliver. But the payment of *** was already made by me before confirming the order.
After the order was cancelled, the refund was promised within the next * to * working days. But till date(** Sept) I have not received any refund.
A few days ago I had placed an order n the order was placed in Gurgaon (delivery in Noida) due to a bug in swiggy app.
Again on cancellation, I was informed to wait for * to * working days for refunds, but it has been * days and I have not yet received the refund.

These are * cases that I remember of.
When I reached the company customer care, they stated the refund was done, so I asked for the transaction IDs of the refund and checked the bank statement if I had received any amount since that day.
But to my surprise, these were the transaction IDs of payments made by me to swiggy. Which means they had not made any refunds.

On confronting them with the transaction IDs, they kept saying that the refund has been done and you need to check with your bank.
