Add my India trip pvt Ltd - Refund not received after cancellation of chardham trip due tto lockdown

We have booked Chardham Yatra for group of ** adults and * Children from ADD MY India trip Pvt Ltd for which they quoted us Total ******.** and extra *****.** for Helicopter booking. Trip was scheduled from *th May'** to **th May'** for which We paid them advance of *****.** on *th Jan and later *****.** on *rd Feb'** for Helicopter booking for which Mr Deepak Kumar (**********) gave us voucher. So total ***** was paid to ADD MY INDia trip When lockdown was announced i told them to cancel my trip after which they never picked up my call, never replied to my mail. After lot of followup i got mail from Deepak on Rescheduling guideline but they are not ready to talk neither they are refunding our amount of *****. We need help to get back our refund of *****.**
