Manzil Ardeshna filed complaint against H M Hennes Mauritz Retail Private Limited on Mar 30, 2021
Order ID:*********** ; UPI Payment failed for such order on **.**.**** and filed complaint with H&M India (email: customerservice.in@hm.com) and also my bank (ICICI) and ICICI had confirmed successful credit of such amount to H&M on **.**.**** via email on **.**.****. Since that day i have been following up with H&M India to refund my amount since order was cancelled by them due to payment failure at their end, but they have been avoiding the payment by stretching & committing more and more days in each email. Copies of entire conversation email attached here. It's been more than ** days.
