Street Style Stalk - Refund not received

I have ordered * pair of footwear from street style stalk on ** March **** and made it’s payment online through paypal and I received my order on ** March ****. I was not happy with my order as it was not according to those pictures which were shown in their site, not attractive, one loose in size, other small in size, etc. So, immediately i sent them mail for return of order and my return refund. But due to lock down this process took long time but I continued to mail them and ask them about the updates that when the will send guy to pick up order and when they will send back my refund then on * May **** guy came and picked up the order for return and he gave me a proof of order being picked up so that i can get my refund after it. I mailed them regarding this that order is being picked up then they told that the refund will take upto * days i agreed to their terms n conditions and waited for * days but no refund was sent by them then i asked them again for it they told on ** May **** that refund is sent it will take *-* days to receive but actually no such refund was sent by them I continued to mail them to ask them about it but the didn’t gave any response to my mails now even yesterday i mailed them but the didn’t replied to even it. I even called up on the number given on their site but I received no help from it, I’m very annoyed by this site so I thought of doing complaint online with a hope that i will get help from here. Details of my oder are as follows:-
