I would like to complain against the online company Shopaaz.com and paytm.com which I used to purchase redmi note * mobile worth Rs*****.** on *th May **** Order#****** by making a payment using my HDFC Visa Debit card ending XX**** via paytm website as below attached .The shopaaz cancelled the order as per attached letter below and refund was promissed within * day but I have still not received the refund. The number mentioned on the website doesnt work nor I have got any responce to my complaint sent thru the website.
Please assist in getting my refund money back at the soonest.
