Flipkart India - Refund not received

I have ordered Ac on */*/** and cancel the same on */*/** and Flipkart mail me to receive the refund on or before */*/**. I call to customer care many times they provide me refund details than call my bank. Customer service confirmed that they have not received the refund. Raised dispute and dispute is declined by the merchant. Now every time I call the Flipkart they confirm to escalate my issue and person call and ask my details provide all things to them on mail although they are not supporting its almost ** days from the day of cancellation. They are unable to give refund and issue regarding same.
