Livpure Smart Water Purifier - Refund not received

I booked a Livpure RO rental and completed the payment. However, the product was never delivered. Due to the non-delivery, I cancelled the order. Despite the cancellation, I have still not received my refund, and it has now been more than one month.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is unacceptable.
