Anand Ghatwai filed complaint against Gonoise truely wireless burds on May 9, 2026
On *nd April **** I tried to purchase Go noise product Air Clips * from their gonoise portal on my mobile phone.
The product selection done I am directed to payment page where I made payment through UPI which was debited from my bank account however the page didn't navigated to the order confirmation page and I couldn't get any ID or confirmation for my payment made.
I waited for almost ** days in hope that since my order is confirmed I will get my refund in due course, but it didn't credited in my bank account.
After almost ** days of waiting I tried to register my complaint on their portal however it asked me my invoice no, which was illogical as without delivery of product how could I have received the invoice. There was no option mentioned for the nature of my complaint hence event after repeated try the complaint couldn't be registered.
Then l sent email to their help email id to which they sent me automated emails with no relevant solution.
I have almost sent them ** emails till date but there is no serious effort to refund my money .
The customer service number which they have provided doesn't have option to talk to their customer service executive. Hence there is no further way to communicate with them.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
