Derma Co - Refund not received

I placed an order on The derma co which included * products and paid using upi on **st December ****, which they cancelled automatically on *st jan without my consent and said refunded, its **th jan and I’ve still not received my refund, I’ve raised numerous tickets since then every time they say, your refund will be processed in x number of working days but it never happens. There is no customer care to call too. It’s becoming frustrating now.
