Steve Madden - Refund not received

Hi , I’m writing this to address about the recent incident I experience with your platform . I wanna express how much I’m disappointed with your service I return one my order (order number EX **********) the courier service boy came and picked up the item i have also provided the opt for return however i didn’t get any refund for the same i reach out to Ajio customer service many time but they kept saying the same thing i will received it in few days i waited for more than a week but didn’t get any positive response and at last one of Ajio representative call me and told me that they have done the investigation and that they cant resolved problem and ask me to closed the case stating i have given it to some other courier service How could have another courier picked it up unless Ajio exploited my personal information like my address and phone number which would have been unacceptable . The representative was very rude and unprofessional and he closed the case without my consent when i clearly told him i will not closed the case unless its resolved So i request you to kindly look into this as soon as possible and either initiate my refund or return my order .
