Feretrofit.com - Refund not received

I ordered some prepaid products (car headlight accessories) from feretrofit.com. I got an email from the seller that the order is placed and I will be notified about shipping details. Later when I did not get any response from the seller, I tried to call seller but the mobile number was invalid. I replied to the mail I got from the seller. But the mail bounced back. Then I messaged to the seller via facebook messenger. He replied that the product is not in stock and argued a lot with me. I asked to refund my money. But till now he has not refunded my money and he is not responding also.
