I have ordered a "back A line dress" which costed me ***₹ payed through phonepe Order Id : S*********************. I returned it due to size issue on * August ****. The dress was unused and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact during return.
They emailed me that refund has been issued it will reflect on my account on thursday * August. But till this day ** august I have not received refund amount of ***₹ in my account . Savana's costumer service number and office contact number provided on application is also not working saying this phone no is unavailable .
I have seen videos on YouTube that savana have been practicing this fraud with many of their costumers . I am really worried about my refund amount . I am attaching all the proofs with my complaint wishing it get solved as early as possible.
