GOETC - Refund not received

I had opted for car and bike cleaning service with Goetc. I paid the advance for * months on **th February and the service was supposed to start on **th March. However, it did not start on **th March and they said there was some technical issue and it would now start on **th March. Again, nobody turned up on **th March and when I enquired they said because of some issue they are not able to provide the service and would issue a refund. It has been almost a month now and I haven’t received my refund yet. They have stopped responding to my messages and nobody picks up their customer support number as well. Please help!
