Zudio Shillong - Refund not received

I made a double payment of Rs *** back on *th December **** and the money was already deducted from my account twice and they said that that have been facing technical issues and they didn’t receive and money on their account and when I ask for refund they’ve been telling to wait until ** hrs and now the ** hrs has passed but until now no update from them nor refund
