I booked a ticket through TrainMan website on */**/**** at **:** am from Bhubaneswar to Tatanagar for the train Utkal Express(*****).

But the ticket wasn't booked and neither was the PNR generated.
And its been * days, and I still haven't received the refund amount in my account.
