Cakesportal com - Refund not received

I ordered a bouquet on **th of August which was supposed to be delivered at **pm. But on **:**pm, I received a mail from them stating that the bouquet is out of stock and can they deliver a cake instead. I asked not to place any replacement and give my money back. They agreed to it that the refund will be credited after **-** days. It’s been ** days. I mailed them multiple times but didn’t get any revert yet.
