Bombay trooper - Refund not received

I ordered a Hooper ( bottom wear) from Bombay Troopers, it was not a fit for me so as per the return policy, I applied for return, courier guy picked the return but the whole exploitation started after it . No response from brand about confirmation of pickup, no information when brand received the return, no information when my refund will be initiated, the website says that you'll get refund after * days of the return item received by brand . Every time , I have to chat with their AI , which after a lot of hassle connects me to brand representative who never gave me satisfactory answers. It been many days that I have returned the package and I am not getting refund, I was told that I will get refund by * August but still nothing and no one from brand is answering me right now. Another thing is that my order was on COD , brand is saying that I'll get some coupon code instead of proper monetary refund so that again I have to purchase from the same brand which is traumatizing me .
Please help me.
