I recently had a frustrating experience with an online order from Shoppers Stop. Ordered a product on June **st, but due to some delivery issues, it was marked RTO on July *th and returned to their warehouse on July **th.
Unfortunately, till now I haven’t got a refund. Despite efforts, contacting customer care hasn't provided a resolution.
