Sir/ Madam,
I have taken admission at NIMS University , Rajasthan in BCA Coures . I cancelled my admission for the said courses because my Bihar Student Credit Card Loan was not passed for this course.Before taking admission , the admission counsellor told me that loan will be approve . but the said course is not approved through DRCC (Bihar student credit card).
The university authorities have not refunded my refund amount till now.Regarding refund of my amount I contacted to the UGC with all the documents, but still no action has been taken.
I am writting this to do the needful because it is already delayed more than * months .Account details also submitted to the finance team on ** .**.**** through Phone calls and through mail . I want to pay attention regarding this issue . Please go through my complaint do the needful so that university refund my amount as soon as possible .
