Make In Store - Refund not received

I have bought one trimmer through Make In Store online portal and I returned it back. But now they are not giving my refund and not pick my call and even not responding to my mail too.
I didn't even open or use that trimmer because they were charged me **** Rs and that same product I can get in *** Rs. from Amazon or Flipkart, that's why I returned without using.
