Meesho app - Refund not received

I have been order a product kurta pent order I'd ************ on ** October address keshav colive studio pg , **th cross road neeladrinagar , electronic City . I got the product very bad . Wrong product received that also used torne , garbage like product . I have been returned the product but delivery boy refused to take . I raised the complaint Ticket no ************ . Escalated order no . ************ . I hv been received a MSG on mail telling that I will receive * refund on * November . I waited patiently but I didn't got refund till now . I call help center * ,* times now they are telling we r sorry we can't help u anymore . It is very disgusting , fraud . Why are u flatting the people . Nor they toke my product nor they are refunding . I want my refund of *** rs please refund to me . I feeling very bad . Trust has fully broken from messho app . Plz concern my request
