I had booked a flight from MUMBAI to KOCHI for **/**/**** in gofirst airlines ( Flight No: G*-***). Due to some operation reason flight was cancelled by the airlines on **/**/****.
They assured that they will give refund within * months. Till date I didn’t receive any confirmation regarding when I will receive my refund . I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest.
