Hindoro - Refund not received

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I was ordered Hindoro Garden swing from Amazon on **th April,**** with order number ***-*******-******* and the same was delivered on **th April ****.
But due to some quality issues I was made request for return the product on **th April and asking for refund but could not get any response from your side till next ** hours. Therefore I escalate this case to senior team of Amazon on **th April **** But couldn’t found any solution for this matter. Neither the product is pick-up nor refund has been made till date.
During this period I called so many times to Amazon customer care but not a single time satisfactory answer I found.
In between seller made contact with me but he is denying for return the product.
So I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible and release my refund as soon as possible.
