Cleartrip Travel Services Pvt Ltd - Refund Not Received

I booked the tickets for a * person Delhi to GOA trip id : ************ & PNR LCMEMA on *rd FEB ****. This flight was rescheduled more than * hours and my self ticket varun mehta changed the flight on ** March through airlines and the new PNR is CC*PKA ( Divided PNR) departure **st March **:** Go First Airlines. Now ** th march we cancelled the complete ticket of * passengers PNR: LCMEMA, Trip iD: ************ and got the refund amount ***** on ** th March. I cancelled another ticket PNR number CC*PKA on ** th March and same Day Airlines refunded the amount **** which I have still not received in my account. and company executive is saying this PNR number is not available. but the day before yesterday the PNR was available and was confirmed by one of company executives and as per him it was refunded . I am speaking to the customer care executive of clear trip. They are not giving me a satisfactory answer keeping my phone on mute and holding it for more than ** minutes. I requested to transfer my call to a senior executive but Mr Mohd. Ali, another call with Mr Bhushan who was attending my call , refused to transfer the call. Even if I took an airline executive on a conference call and he was also requesting the same but clear trip executive put us on mute. I would Like to request Please take some strict Action against the cleartrip company and arrange my refund amount against the PNR CC*PKA, Delhi To GOA on ** March ****, **: **, Passenger Name Varun Mehta.
