Iam i order loafers shoes from Nykaa it was not good I returned it my money is not returned
I called so many times to coustmer care and mail to nykaa
They saying its already initiated money to your upi id ****@ybl but its not came and its not my upi id

And kumarbharani**@ybl
Plz help me I need my money back
