Goibibo Oyo - Refund not received

This tweet is about my refund issue, it is been more than ** days I have not got my refund amount. My goibibo Booking was cancelled without my permission and later on I was asked to settle for cancellation and book the hotel manual.

Kindly check the status of my refund and do the needful.
Earlier I spoke with customer care number "Jaya Mishra" but very poor response from the goibibo support team.
I hope my refund amount will be credited to my original mode of payment soon
