I have ordered the Nokia *** *g mobile on **/**/**, my order I'd is *******. However I recived the different Nokia *** *g old/ damaged product on **/**/** which is not working. I just want to return this product since it's not genuine one. I have already requested return request and also the product been delivered to the company. Daily Iam calling to customer care, however there is no proper response.They are saying **days , ** days for refunding amount . Till now there is no proper update. I request you to help on the this issue & to get the refund of Rs **** back to my account immediately. I have already made the payment of Rs.**** through card. Please help & to o process refund back to my account as soon as possible.
