This Is A Complaint Filed For Refund Of Amount For The Return Of The Product Purchased Through Online.
I Have Purchased A Product On *st November **** From MEESHO Worth Rs. ***/- And Received The Product On *th November.
I Did Not Like The Product And Requested For Return. And The Same Has Been Returned On *th November ****.

On **th November, I Made A Complaint To MEESHO Team That Return Details Was Not Updated By Providing The Message That I Received After Pickup Of The Product From Ecom Express.
They Said They Will Refund The Amount.
On **st December, After Many Calls And Emails, The Meesho Team Informed That They Did Not Received The Product And They Are Not Responsible For This. Informed That I Needs To Check With The Person To Whom I Have Hand Over The Product.
I Contacted The Courier Service And Got The Details. I Have Provided The AWB Number And The Details Of The Delivery Of The Product To The MEESHO Team. Then They Said They Refund The Amount And Payment Has Been Initiated And Amount Will Be Received In * Days.
On January **th, I Made A Complaint To National Consumer Helpline Docket No: ******* As I Did Not Received The Refund. After That I Got A Call From MEESHO Team And They Said They Have Initiated The Payment And It Will Credited In * Days. I Have Waited Till *nd February And Contacted The National Consumer Helpline Again. After Their Follow Up Also, I Did Not Received My Amount Back.
Till Now I Did Not Received The Amount Back. I Am Not Happy With The Service Of The MEESHO Team. Every Time I Only Contacting Them, They Are Not Taking Any Initiative To Inform About The Status And They Are Not Taking Any Action. This Gives Me Mental Pressure And Tension.
I Am Filing The Available Documents To Substantiate Her Case.
I Therefore Prays That The Hon’ble Forum May Be Pleased To Pass An Order On Her Favour And Against The Opposite Parties.
