Hi I purchased Health insurance from BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE on ** March ****.
As per policy condition, we can cancel the policy within lookup free period and get refund within * month.
so my emergency money I requested "cancelation of Policy and refund" the Policy by email and customer care discussion. but each time they was closing my titicket and comapnt number.

Ther are not communicating on email instead i revced system generated email from bajaj.
each time cusotme care said team is looking into oyuor issue.
All required details already provided like blank details , SID , policy details but each time they asking same.
*- * hrs they hold call.
I am waiting fro my refund from last * months.
each time they said new reason and " Team is looking into issue and Refund number and PID is generated "
I need emergency money to pay the loan amount and interest.
How I can get money from them?
How I will get the interest amount + Refund **k ?
