Im writing this email regarding my order which I was placed on dhani App. Order no - EP******* was cancelled but still refund not received.
Today I was tried to place new order, money was debited from my account but order not reflected on dhani platform.
Following is a reply received from my bank.
"You are requested to reach out to Dhani Healthcare Limited and ask them to check the payment at their end. You can mention the UPI reference number ************ "
