gramin bharat vikas abhikaran - Refund not received

They have contacted me for a job opportunity and asked me to fill out two forms of rs**** and rs****, I did but later changed my mind regarding the job profile. I cancelled my candidature and informed them. I got a written confirmation via mail and from the HR I was assigned to. they said, to wait ** days and the money will be refunded but nothing happened. then they asked me to wait ** more days, and now it has been over a month. they won't answer my calls/texts/emails. I need the money on an urgent basis, but there is no response from their end. please any help from anyone will be truly appreciated, thank you.
