One week ago I recieved a tshirt which I ordered from thesagacity.in . I was very excited for it but when I recieved the tshirt it had holes in it. I mailed them immediately and called the consumer care , for two days they said we are still working on your issue and after that they started ignoring my complains it's been a week now and i haven't received refund for my product nor did they told any reson to deny the refund, they just ignore my message and calls. I read their refund policy and i completely eligible for it.
