I had ordered mortar and pestle set on December *, ****
*) Set was delivered on December **, ****.
*) Since it was not of the size which I had ordered, as per return policy of the company , I initiated return / replacement on December **, ****.
*) Set was picked up on December **, **** from my house .
*) Since then I was waiting for almost a month but no replacement product was delivered .
*) After lot of calls to helpline , finally I could register my complain on January **, **** and my complaint no is ******** (my order id **********, AWB No **************)
*) I have been following up with Support Team , Legal Team and Help Team of Meesho for last three months . There have been around ** emails sent by me . I have also received almost equal no of stereotype emails from Meesho Team promptly mainly in two category
i) First category emails stating that Team has escalated the issue to the concerned team and will get back in *-* working days
ii) Second category emails giving the procedure for updating the bank account details even though I had repeatedly mentioned that I am not interested in furnishing my bank details on the app which is far from reliable.
Though the company's policy clearly mentions that the refund will be credited to the source of payment , the support team of the Meesho continuously asks for the bank account details.
When none other Apps ask for bank account details for refunding the amount , Meesho is continuously giving excuses that I have not updated the bank details and hence the amount cannot be refunded.
In view of above , it is crystal clear that the company is neither interested in delivering the product nor refunding the money .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
