Travolook in - Refund not received

I booked * flight tickets on Travolook.in on **th August with Reference Number REF********* & REF********* from Prayagraj to Bhubaneswar and * ticket on *th October with Ref number REF********* from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar. Though amount was deducted but all the * tickets were not confirmed by Travolook and no PNR got generated. I then received a mail within few minutes stating price has expired and the amount would be refunded back. I have called several times and also written few mails but no response or no refund. Hence I chose to complaint externally
