Shreyas Naidu filed complaint against Ajio Com on Aug 20, 2021
Refund was initiated on **th July ****. I tried to contact AJIO which is close to impossible. They don't reply to mails for week. The customer care takes ** minutes to answer a call and then disconnects the phone after hearing that the issue is about refund. It feels like I have been scammed by this company. I feel they either purposely don't want to return my money or the employees are too lazy to care about the customers. Please help me find a solution so that I can have my money back.
