With reference to the booking ID REF*********, I have booked my flight tickets from Hubli to kochi and kochi to hubli on **th July and **th July respectively via www.travolook.in the tickets were immediately canceled saying that there was an increase in the flight fare. They are not responding anything about the refund to my mails or calls. Kindly help me to get my refund amount and take a necessary action on them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
