Airtel Digitaltv - Refund not received

Hi,
I did a recharge for my Airtel dth of RS **** on *th Sep ****. Then due to some service quality issues, I asked them to refund my amount and then they initiated a refund request on **th Sep ****(As per Airtel). but I have not received any refund for this transaction yet.
I have also contacted PhonePe and they confirmed that they have not received any refund from Airtel for this transaction.
I have complained many times to Airtel regarding this but they always close my request without any solution. Please help me to get my money back.
