Sugandha kumari filed complaint against Travalook in on May 12, 2021

I booked a flight ticket on **st april **** from kochi to bangalore, but after deduction of amount it got automatically cancelled, my booking reference number is REF*********. I mailed them * times but same reply is coming that they will refund in **-** working days. I don't know what to do next, i need my money back.
